Philippines - one of the top 5 prime choices for call center offshore outsourcing

According to a study conducted by Global Services last 2007, Manila is one of the top 5 prime choices for outsourcing, having established itself for over 10 years in the industry. This offshore cream of the crop was chosen based on workforce talent, cost effectiveness, and maturity.

Manila is the top city of choice for offshore call centers, finance and accounting outsourcing, and offshore legal services. Cebu is marked as an emerging player in the human resources department.
